It is assumed that the ideal size for a player (both women and men) weighing 75 kg will be S or M.

If you weigh more than 75 kg, you should consider choosing a size L or XL. However, it is important to make sure that at the beginning of your adventure you do not reach for MMA gloves weighing more than 4 ounces (training gloves) or 7 ounces (grappling gloves).
